What is your on-board memory on that GPU?

You might try a Catalyst driver update from ATI for your graphics card.   I had some issues with my 1.0Gb module until I updated mine, and it appears they have a new version out (as of 6-15-11) I was not aware of.

Are you running 32 or 64 bit OS?

-edit-  Here are my computer specs for reference

Is it just armada or on other games?

That sounds like a very similar rig to mine, which works fine.

Do you have Anti-Aliasing turned way up?  Is the game running in your native resolution?
