After you contact Dominus Noctis, he will send you a few lines to record in order to test your recording quality. In most cases, using gaming equipment, the recording quality is not yet sufficient, but he will supply you with tips and ideas on how to improve it. Once that is settled, he will send you a full voice table of a unit and you will probably get into one of the next Fleet Operations releases.
