Patch project intro

might i sugguest creating a more official introductory post for the patch project section of the forums, to help distinguish it from the fleetops patches, providing its goal, information, and explaining its purpose, seperating it from fleetops patches in peoples minds, and avoiding confusion.

Erm isn't this exactly what the Patch Project Info sticky is at the top of this forum? The only thing that could be added to it is that all the new odf commands from FO will eventually make it into the PP so people stop asking.
