Patch Project Replace Weapon Questions

I was wondering if the patch project had the "replacementXCondition" command available like it is in Fleet Operations for the replaceweapon classlabel.

These are the only commands included I believe, and replacementXcondition does not appear to be one of them.

Okay.  I was hoping that maybe that thread overlooked a few commands.
