Technology Assimilator bug

Hiho - i have installed a fresh unmodded Version of A2 - patched it to 1.1 and then applied patch from patchproject 1.2.5 - and the Borg TechAssim Station doesnt work.

If i put an assimilated Souvereign class to the techassimstation - it continues to research the corbomite reflector - until all pods have been used - but it doesnt even add the technology to the cubes arsenal.
To stop research on a ship i have to destroy it.

Any Suggestions?

No-one knows what to do about it other than not waste time on the station.

Well, according to this page it does it in Stock Armada II as well - so an original A2 bug

ive only ever had this iussue with the pp installed or in fo never seamed to happen in stock a2 for me (think the official patch need to be installed tho

Same here. I never had this problem back when playing stock - and I played dem Borgz a lot. Maybe a 1.2.5 bug? Haven't tried that combination yet. (I mean, why put 1.2.5 into an install if you're not planning to mod the heck out of it?)
