With the new patch A1 now feels pretty cramped...

Talk about anything related to old versions of Armada.

The ingame interface now seems to take up more space than it did before(maybe because I havn't touched the game in two years). So, lets downsize the ui a bit shall we? Lets start with the cursors. Now how would I half the size that the cursors appear ingame? I've never messed with this part of Armada before so, im not sure what I would need to do to accomplish this. Would it be a sprite setting? I've looked at the gui sprite but im not seeing anything completly obvious. Or would I have to half the cursor files themselves?

Thanks.

yes, these are limitations of armada 1.
don't know exactly about what has to be done to rescale the cursor, but probably you have to edit it's sprite definition or sprite texture.
armada tries to rescale the cursor and interface the way that it appears the same size at all resolutions. armada 2 did the same, however in FO for example that has been disabled, since it just looks crappy.

Most likely the cursor sprite allows for "see-through" parts, so you could just find it and modify the image to be smaller, in the top left corner while the rest is blank.  Of course, I don't know what format the Armada sprite is stored as...

I'll try that and see how that works.
