I would love to see a plugin API for this new version of Fleet Operations as I already have some ideas that I'm sure you haven't anticipated yet. And perhaps a LUA API as well to make stuff like online missions, special maps, ect.
I guess that covers everything. If those two are implemented, then the expansion possibilities are endless.
