Tech Trees

How about a stand alone program or a feature in Beta 3 that includes the techtrees, so you can use them while offline or even ingame.

yea, the techtrees will be included in the next beta anyway
i think there is no need to make an extra package for beta 2, due to the techtrees are in a more non graphical way included in that beta and also atm the noxter tree is not ready yet
