ally with?

Hi,
First of all, nice mod! Is very impressive (although a little dark in places).
I was wondering, playing as the Fed. is it possible to "ally with #" as such alliances are needed to build certain things and I can see no way of achieving an alliance.
Sorry if this has been asked before, thanks!

  Hi Johnyccc, welcome to the forum. Yes it is possible, when you select what race you want to play, in the right is a folding menu witch says "team". Select your ally in the same team as you. Done. You have to do this before starting the game, and once done, it can't be broken. Enjoy.

Does that mean you cant use these stations in a 1v1 game?

No but you have to capture one of their construction ships in order to build one.
