Yeah. I'm uploading a replay, and there was this message at the top that told me about it, so I searched the internets to learn more. I thought a 15 min time limit was pretty awesome. This goes way beyond. Basically, they choose people who have built up a history of following the rules :innocent:

and if they pass the "manliness and studliness test". I passed with flying colors, of course.

They'll probably start introducing this more, and once you've "built up a history of following their guidelines", then they'll probably select those people as well. You have to pass the "stud test" as well.

Hopefully this video is the last one I every have to do in pieces. ^-^

It's possible that once you've built up enough "street cred" from doing videos that you'll get it as well. I see this as a feature that they'll expand for as many people as possible in the future.

For right now, it looks like it's only selected people from the comments I read. I honestly don't know how they're choosing people. It actually might be better for you to not annoy someone on the other end. Just keep doing videos and following the rules and I have a feeling they'll add you in time. It seems like you have to have been posting vids for some time (possibly a certain number as well). It's all pretty vague as to the why and how.

thanks mal, i got it too. i wonder if there is a limit now?

ray: upload more vidoes that dont break youtubes rules and you will get in most likely.
