Borg assimilate

i have played as all teams on this and the only one to disapoint is the borg yes i will admit thar are tuff but thay are realy rubbish at assimilating medium to big ships because thay just dont have enough energy so  i wonder if there is any way to increase the energy of the teams via Cheat or other means

You can select your Assimilators in the Map Editor and alter their maximum energy, or you can go into the ODFs and change the amount of energy they have (this way will make it impossible for you to play with other players though).

thanks for that i will edit the odf but keep a copie of the orignal so i can switch them for online and offline play

Coolio - you can see the ODF name that you want to edit in the map editor (double clicking on the unit).

You'll probably be looking for "bor_assimilator_AAA" etc

hmm went to edit it and it wont let me something to do with i dont have the rights to edit this file

G into the properties and see if it is 'Read Only'.

Well uncheck it then.

And make sure its for the whole odf folder incase you come across other things you want to modify(you should have a second offline only install anyways).
