See, if you had just saved that idea until April 1st, and posted it as something that was "going to happen because I totally hacked Doca's secret files" or something, then it would have been a hoot.   Granted, I've never done an April fool's joke on these forums, but it seems that some pretty zany characters show up around that time with some pretty funny stuff.  

Since I don't have time to write a dissertation on how to be funny, here's a video of some guys who have told a joke or two.

Seperation is for free... reestablishing your ships will make you pay big times.

You must pay to unlock new ships in game lol, anything above ship chasis 2 needs a $20 activation fee (per month)

Na you have to pay 10 cents per torpedo fired, after all topedos dont replenish themselves! thatll make them think twice about that turret wall.

Yep pay per shot? need more ammo sir visit the fleetops armoury only 10cents per torp or $5 for 100

After reading first five posts...
maybe FO can exist as a mod, and like that it will be free.
but you also sell it as a DVD so that people who can't find Armada 2 can still play it, and if you make it cheaper then A2, well......
