Cho'naQ meaning

What does Cho'naQ mean? I can only find one (probably unreliable) dictionary site that has it, and that has meanings for both cho' and naQ but nothing on a way to combine it into a word (except maybe 'succession complete' or something). Also a similar word, chonnaQ, meaning 'spear'.

cho'= succession
cho'=      succeed (to authority)
cho'=      succession

naQ=      be full, whole, entire, complete

Based upon those definitions for the parts of the word, I'd say it's something along the lines of 'Claims complete authority.'
