ciadians already known in the shows?

from the admins we already know, that ciadians use other species as computers.
that eminded me about one episode of enterprie:the enterprise docked into an automated repair station. it repaired the ship in godly speed, but it stole some crew, which were found inside the Main computer. their brains were connected with the computer, to higher the calculating power.
maybe we could get this little station as map object.. maybe^^

Wouldn't the Borg also be capable of that? Especially considering it regenerated as fast as a Borg ship.

i think that the iconians were in other star trek series aswell

but the borg weren't in the alpha quadrant so long ago.. in the main computer you could see a member of a long extinct race, but i don't remember the name..

The time doesn't mean much, we know nothing about Borg history (including how far their scouts travel, and when). The only anti-Borg evidence I can see (pretty big evidence, too) is that it repairs anything that arrives, while a Borg repair Bay would probably Auto-Assimilate any aliens that came by.
