Controls?

Hm. I can't seem to find any list of controls for the game. And I don't game on PC much these days, so it's not intuitive to me. But I seem to remember being able to rotate my view in this game. Can anyone clue me in? Thanks in advance.

The only way to rotate view is to enter Cinematic Mode via capslock - however, that's not conducive to playing...
