Controls question regarding viewpoint

Hi,

I'm new to Fleet Ops and have presumably a really basic question, however I cannot find a mention within the FAQ.

When I am playing in Instant Action mode, occasionally the mouse movement changes from being able to scroll across the map as per normal to instead rotating around objects with the camera following them if they are selected,. I'm not entirely sure how I manage to get into this mode using the mouse alone or more frustratingly how to get out of it! Any help appreciated!

Hi Schnauzer,

What you've done is entered cinematic mode. You can enter/exit that by either selecting the "eye" button in the top right of the screen, or by hitting capslock.
