The guide says that the ferengi will be a major NPC faction with stations and all sorts .

What mite there be? :detective:

But the guide says they are also a minor NPC faction as well. :-[

The discrepancy is because Optec has said both a few times - I haven't yet bothered to ask him in person though, but does it really matter? They are going to be in, and that's what counts, no?
