then get a small publisher to distribute it

Well, using an existing game and modding it without license makes a commercial distribution without the cooperation of the original developer simply impossible.

thay will probly not give the engin/sorec code belongs to a coporeshon unleff flat ops has some thing to ofer for it thay probly will not. i got this feeling after washing the movie the coporeashon. if thats movie is rite and the oners of the score code are like the coporeshons in the movie it will be a cold day in hell be for thay give it to us. probly haft to wate till the copy rite wares of and thay give the score code awhay be cuss thay its fing up thare data bace.

It was just trying to find out if that's the right pronounciation (as I always think "oifnock" when I read it, because in German, eu is pronounced oi).

And the thing about the avatar was just to tell you that your avatar is broken.
Perhaps the page it is linked to is not online? However, just wanted to give a hint.

u are using your own modled ships correct? no problem there
u could change the ship classes correct? no problem there
u could change it to another universe besides star trek correct?(call it the fleet galaxy or wotever)no problem there
u could change to another engine corret?

well your not coz that then makes it not star trek it also makes it not armada 2 (note the name of the mod: star trek armada 2 fleet operations) also then u change engin and u have to get the copywrite permissions of that aswell so.

i might not be finished upper school yet but i cause a hell of a lot of headaches aruging on school council!
