I don 't know that much about actual storylines, but i can honestly say this would be pretty sweet to play, assuming someone has the patience to make the whole thing.

Are you going to script it? If so you are the first glorious one who wil make use of it...whcih would be awesome! Good luck and ast progress I wish to you!

aside from the missions and campaings having no ties to each other and being somewhat lousy from a trek/FO-storyline PoV, even a single mission to play with MMM would be something great.

You can always play Premonitions (I guess that doesn't really count :P). But yes, I agree, missions made by not me would be good and of course I'll support script/MMM issues as they come up.

I seriously doubt hes going to make them himself my guess is he is suggesting ideas for missions but no one seems to be giving it a go so i doubt we will ever see a mission pack.

Yeah, that's good logic. It's not been done in these first few weeks, so it never will. *rolls eyes*

It takes time. It's not as simple as just click-click; thinking up ideas what to do, starting with something really basic for personal learning, and developing it up to see what can be done, then implementing it into a workable mission, it takes time.

Trust me, once one or two people get it figured out, there will be plenty.

Hmm.

Too many thirds maybe? Sela the third... Wesley Crusher the third...

Maybe some other crusher, who is a descendent... but not a third.

Interesting to bring Maquis as a campaign... weren't they kinda crushed at some point?

Overall, best of luck, I don't know to much about this stuff, but hey, you seem to have some ideas going so cheers.

 Sorry, but that's just too funny. Look, I know that many of you gamers prefer playing over modding, which in itself is hard enough. Coding a mission - or even a whole pack of them - is proper programming, which is even harder to do than modding. Have you taken a look at the Premonitions code? It's rather clean, yeah, but just because Chris has a good coding style. It is quite hard to actually produce something similar to that. If you would take a look at the code, you'd see that Chris has implemented a Finite State Machine that forms the basis of the mission code - I'm not sure that the majority of the gamers here even knows what that is. Not meant as an insult, but you see that coding an interesting and challenging mission requires more knowledge and programming experience than just modding something into the game.
I don't say that nobody here has the skills to do it. But such a complex task needs time. Be patient, and the mission packs will come.

That isn't what i said is it.... try using your brain and not commenting out of context.

No one has said they are giving it a go since it was released and no one has said they are starting this or that mission. That is why i don't think were not going to see anything from it unless megadroid does it him self. Buy hey don't have to take my opinion we can just wait and see.

On the contrary, several people said they are working on missions - both before and after MMM was released. Sigma and Wastelands both have missions in the works, and Majestic stated that he may create one too, later on. Given, that's very limited, but it is not a zero.

I cleaned up some of the posts here. If you have anything to say about the missions in questions, do so. Save the personal comments for the PM system. Thanks.
