Are there any new missions in the Fleet Operations 2 mod?

If so, what are they, and how do they differ from standard STA 2 missions


Can u actually play the Missions, or can u only do instant action???????

sorry, but there are no singleplayer missions in beta3

perhaps there will be singleplayer missions in the final. they will tell the story of the Fleet Operations universe

thats the kind of thing u learn not to ask since A: Beta 3 isnt even out yet and B: They just dont know C: They dont have a Relese date for Beta 3 yet and D: They have learned not o give release dates until the week it will be released as they are usualy off if estimated to early.

Don't think it was 4 off...

Anyway, Missions involving new races would be nicem since we know enough about klingons, romulans,borg,feddie, ect. Be sweet to have a campaing where the noxter(gah, can't spell) move from the gamma quadrant to the delta and alpha.

well the first idea is to have 4 campaigns with the 8 playable races (in some scenarios you would get NPR allies like the Tholians).
A Federation / Klingon Campaign, where you follow some strange events happening in the alpha quadrant
A Romulan / Ciadan Campaign, where you meet the Romulans and initiate a epic alliance as well as some conflicts i won't tell you yet
A Borg / Iconian Campaign, where you first siege the Iconian Home system thousends of years ago and then, far in the future, return with the Iconians...
A Noxter / Dominion Campaign, where you lead the Noxter through the Gamma Quadrant and rebuild the Dominion Order

If i installed Fleet Ops Beta 2, will i still be able to play the standard Campaigns???

Fleetops differs so much from the original Sta 2(p. Ex. :Odfs, Ships, Ressoures), that the Singelplayercampain is no play abel and deaktivated in Fleetops

is there any way of makeing you own maps with some sort of objective (not death match or conquest ect) but like escape thought the worm hole or board a ship taken from the noxter ect?

You can do a seperate copy of a2, it works. (trust me, I have 3-4 on my computer)
