Monetization of FleetOps YouTube Replays

YouTube recently invited me to monetize the YouTube videos I post via ads. The money generated from those ads is expected to be trivial, so that's not a significant factor. However, in reading through the license requirements, my read on it all is that one cannot monetize FleetOps replays, as the license agreement that FleetOps is operating under prevents them from giving consent to use FleetOps replays for commercial (monetary) use. Said permission would be required for legitimate monetization of YouTube videos, per the YouTube legal/copyright requirements.

Am I reading all of this right?

Your video is not eligible if it contains content that you didn't create or get permission from its creator to use. You need to be able to show written permission for the following video elements:

Audio: recorded music, live performances, cover songs, background music, etc.
Visuals: images, logos, software, video game footage, etc.
Any other content you don't own worldwide commercial usage rights to.

Sounds correct. Even if that were allowable under the Activision license, you can't because of the Star Trek license and also the license for the music I think.
