Idk if anybody pays attention to statistics for the fleetops site, but i often do, on the statistics page, they're are various stats and records for who has the most posts, most topics, most time spent online, etc

Well what im talking about here are the forum activity stats, and recently ive been following them, and hoping that we would break one (why i have no idea) the one im talking about is most posts made in a month

So in the month of september, which ended according to fleetops site time, about 12 minutes ago, we broke the previous record of posts; 4812 in june of 2009, and we brought that mark up to 4911, the highest amount of posts in a single month ever, this was helped by a single day where we had 320 posts, which has only been toped two times, in april 2009, with 330 and 337 posts in a day.

So yeah, thats it, new record for posts in a month 4911

this was probably helped by the bucket loads of spam posts we have seen, like the one word spam thread. and this thread

oh and that debate where users lined up to mutilate the corpse of an equine with a cricket bat.

obviously we've spammed more this month as the post count is so high, but the page views so relatively low.

I think it has to do with the debate threads, the jetnova threads, the Okinawa thread and there was one other we completely derailed...  I can't remember now.

All im saying is that also happens in other months as well, and if you noticed we stayed pretty consistent with an average of about 150 per day, the point is this month is the month where the members on the forum have been most active in discussions
