This is a weird question, but which old fleetops version had the noxter in it? I really would like to try out the old version of them, and compare it to the new version coming out.

I think they were included in 2.0 beta, which is still available on download section.

Um, how do I install it right? I installed it, just to try out the Noxter, but it doesn't work right. Is it because I didn't erase the newer version or what?

Hmm, I haven't installed the version in ages, but shouldn't pointing it toward a new directory work just fine? If you have an external hard drive, try installing it on that. Oh, one thing to note - I don't think it will work on a Vista/Win7 machine because of the issue that occurred prior to Version 3.0.

Dang! So I can't try out the Beta? Or is it just not worth it? I really want to try out the Noxter.

Well, the Noxter in that version are a little bugged I think (no pun intended), but the gameplay is not that great - remember that this was before the Devs developed their current balancing system, not to mention their current level of expertise with coding and modeling 

I remember them playing similar to Species 8472 in Armada II (movable mothership etc). Melee was quite cool though - and the blood explosions . They won't play anything like beta 2 though when they are reintroduced in Version 3.

You could always try installing it on an xp computer and porting over the files

OK. Thanks. I do have an old XP desktop we have nicknamed Darth Vader  I will just install it there, and play it on there. Thanks for the help.

Sure Hope it works. I bet you can play it on your other non xp comp if you copy over the files once it has installed on xp though
