recource replacement

umm doca optec who ever replaced the oficers with the credits umm im making a dominion mod and wondering how to turn oficers into ketracel white, or vorta or founders or alphas... could u please help me.

what exactly shoulkd they behave? if you just want to rename it, look in the Dynamic_Localized_Strings.h file, there you can find all the names for offivcers, just change them

also to make a certain ship go at impulse only is this posible and how would it be acomplished, without disabling the entire game. also where to look for increasing the rate of crew growth for the dominion.and changing the other recources.

you can disable warp by setting warp speed to zero

i mean on the specific ship its self not the whole game, umm how do you edit the warp speed of a ship.

you will have to edit the physic file assigned to the vessel.. the physic files are stored in the odf/other folder. in these files you can change the warpspeed (you should set it to warpSpeed = -1 to disable warping)

yeah i need to do it to say the intrepid but that means i cant use ne cruiser3 for ne race.
