The Singularity Generator has 2 sets of rings; the massive one you see when placing it, and the much smaller sensor/weaponrange from after it is built.

Which is the maximum range you can put Turrets?

The later one. IMO the tange in which to place turrets is fairly small. And what is a real problem, it's hard to see.

yh the inner one is to recharge ur other vessels wud be good if the circles appeared when building turrets but i guess not possible for the near future

You can place about 5 turrets right up against each other, radially. That orange expanding circle lets you know what the max range is as well

  About how close do the turrets need to be in order to be powered?

Within the ring.  I think it should have a solid indicator if you hovered over the ability, that would be much easier to see, I think.

yep, thats on todo just requires a few new coding functions here and there
