I forget - will the Scimitar be included? Regardless, how would it be equipped in Armada II terms?

You can still have the races equally balanced without making them basically the same.

are the current races all the same?
sure we try to get the races as different as possible. but we cannot make the races too different causing balance problems then. i meant that we first check how far can we go with being the romulans different in shield and weapon configuration and how that idea suits in our current romulan concept.

Actually, I never payed attention to the differences of each race, so I wouldnt know.

So the Scimitar won't be included? That would be a pity, if it belongs to the Remans or Romulans isn't that unimportant. Both of them live in the same from Romulans ruled space.
