the idea is not bad, but i also think it would not work with "hundreds" of ships.

BUT

maybe it is possible to give orders what to attack, via a button like the "movement-autonomy" or the "specialweapon-autonomy".

click: just attack warpcore
click: just attack weapons

and so on.....

Aye.  This is a massively game-changing request you're making.  Would take too much time, too much coding, and throw much of the gamestyle out of the window.

This is a Real-Time Strategy game, not a Star Trek universe simulator. :)  However, the specials we have now are either far more realistic or closer to canon than the stock armada 2 specials were.

I think, the mod is near to perfection. But I would like to say that the Reinforment-System from EAW is for me one of the best cause you can build them "at home" and via hyperspace they are transportet to your fleet. And I think this point could be done, or not?

It could be done. It already is with warp-in.  But I don't see a reason to suddenly radically change how FO works.

As for the mod being close to perfection, I think we're like the Borg: always seeking perfection, but never quite getting it.  Though if anything can eventually reach it, it's FO.

Individual system targeting would be nice, I mean there were times that specific systems were targeted in canon (Star Trek III for example, though that was less than successful.)  As long as it's not like the EaW system, maybe it could be put in the unit's menu for weapons and movement autonomy what systems to target, but with only chances of being able to hit only the right ones.

I mean, even if you are not playing BORG it would be nice to enter enemys ships to capture them and to put their technology to your own.
So if you are able to set your fire on shields only, the fleet will not destroy the enemy vessel cause the enter-option (beaming) is on but one ship of the fleet shoot again and destroys the ship of the enemy. If you can say Only Sheild Emitters it is easier to get enemies ships and also it makes the game more interesting. But its only my unholy opinion  :D

You can always set your ships to green alert when transporting that way you don't destroy the ship ;)
