What version did the Constructors get their Tractor beams in? I'm trying to figure out what version a replay was made in by their presence.

A quick look at the 3.1.2 changelog shows...
Constructors have tractor beams now to rescue damaged ships from the frontlines

you could also look at the date of the replay, then trawl back through news posts for when patches were released :)

The replay was on the YouTube channel (fleetopsvids's Channel), and they keep modifying the site.
