It is not the big deal for a vessel to rebuild a shuttle. That delta flyer thing was rebuilt, too.
The crew losses really make me sick. Not because they happened, but because half of them could have been avoided or be changed when Janeway travelled back to save Voyager anyways.
Honestly. In endgame, the first act can be forgotten (why did we have to watch it?) because Janeway changed the way Voyager returned home... but she only did it for TWO of much more died crewmembers.
And I hate her motivation for doing that. She is unhappy because Seven is dead and Tuvok is sick in mind. That's a poor excuse for changing the past. Sisko once saved the past and got visited by Temporal Investigation. Janeway's full report after returning should have given them reasons for years of work o.o

Not if they have the required facilities. The Torps were supposedly limited and would be gone when used, if they couldn't just make more of them, then it shouldn't be possible to create any fully-functional (and far more complicated) Shuttlecraft (Including the 2 Delta Flyer-types that were bigger than the Shuttlebay door).

That was a little cold toward the rest of the crew... especially after all she said about how the crew are all important family to her.
