the only 16 ships i used in the game was the first 16 rhiene disruptor refits 
the rest i built after and just leveled up

there is 9 of every ship type of the rommies that can level up there apart from the 1 tarava and the extra 9 rhien disruptor refits

(note i included the un reffitted ships)

tbh im thinking of doing a game with every type of fitted setup on all borg ships.............

you could have just built all the ships and selected them then typed levelup in the chat input repeatedly.

the 16 disruptor rhiens was the only force i used against the AI    (bar building a starbase to take out its starbase.... lol)

was thinking of getting them into a formation to spell sommit out but in the end i had RL agro to deal with

Nice.  What AI were you playing against, because I didn't see a Klingon mixed-tech Saeihr in there anywhere.  just a thought...

rom vs rom
and ai hard

did a game vs a borg hard ai which went well  the borg didnt get a chance to build a sphere and the starbase kinda dies quickly to 32 disruptor rhienns and 9 leahvals.....

i do random on both me and the ai but i seam to get romulans a fair amount of the time

well, did same quite the same some times. you dont wanna know what happens to a fully upgraded starbase if 60 rank 4 akiras fly by it ...

edit: they were rank 4- 5

Rank 6 is Veteran, rank 4 is a gold and a silver bar. Some ships do get their first extra passive at rank 4 instead of 5.

All ships should get their extra passive at rank 4 - the effects are just doubled at rank 5
