McKinley ship costs

Could the database include the costs and build time of the McKinley Yard ships under their Warp-In percentages? People aren't likely to get the station often, but it is possible.

Hm, maybe putting another section "NPC" or something? (to account for Breen buildables as well?)

As soon as Optec has the time to send base values (*cough* *cough*  ) we can get on that I think
