Derelicts

Hey guys, I got my maps to work now and I tried to put derelict ships in it but it seems I'm doing something wrong.

So my questions are:
-Can one make Derlicts?

-Are they even in FleetOps?

Making derelicts is easy. Just put a ship on an unused team (like team 6-8 on a 5 player map) and set the crew to 0 for capturable ones. If you want derelicts that cannot be taken, put them on team 0.

How to make a derelict.

Step 1: Insert a ship of choice.
Step 2: Set crew to 0 (shields will also be automatically killed)
Step 3: Apply damage (if desireable, if not skip to 4)
Step 4: To simulate that the ship was derelict and adrift, right click and hold, then move youe mouse to angle the pitch and yaw of the ship giving it various tilts and angles.

There you go.

i have a  question is  there away to inter grate the USS Enterprise E Or  any of  the Uss Enterprise's Into  Armada Fleet Operations Just Wondering Because if u know your federation history There are to Enterprise's In Commission As Of Right Know The Uss Enterprise E And The Uss Enterprise F Galaxy X Class under The Command Of William T Riker

He was probably talking about the D. Replace 'screwed up' with 'unfortunatly inaccurate', though.

Is it possible  to add  the uss enterprise any of  them to  the federation as a start out  ship i  would like  to have either the enterprise  e or d back thanks

as long as u can get the voices then yh unless u just want a galaxy/sovvie called enterprise (easier)

For a basic addition with minimal changes and fitting-in with the rest of the ships:

1. Copy a rank1 Sovereign Class odf and rename it fed_enterprise_e.
2. Write basename = "fed_sovereign" in it.
3. Change the names (under the possiblecraftnames section) to say 'USS Enterprise'.
4. Add standardunits2 = "fed_enterprise_e.odf" to race file 'federation.odf'.

You could do the same with any ships, just change the names and copy a different odf accordingly.

Oh, FYI, there's an A1 mod called "The Millenium Project" which was a total overhaul of A1, you can get some good voices from there.

  Ahhh the Millenium Project.  I was modding A1 from MP's inception and adding advice into their forums from the beginning :D.  Then all that hard work was pretty much forgotten when A2 came out.

Really? When I had my old W98 I had some pretty epic battles with A1MP...
