Many of the stock Cardassian ship names work well for both ships and people.

I've researched the basis of Cardassian shipnames:
All names start with CMS (like how Feds got USS; CMS means Cardassian Military Ship), and most names would come after the names of various Guls and Legates that made a good name for Cardassia.

Where did you get CMS from? Different races tend to call their vessels 'Warships'.

And you actually trust that game?

I should add that it isn't a canon source.

Hey, I got alot fo information off of that thing that was quite relyable! Sure there are some differences. But unlike most games, I haven't seen any other game use the Breen shipname prefix. So don't just knock it down because it is a game.

Not canon. How much of that info is supported by the show? Because I don't remember any Breen prefix's in the series.

The Breen ships had names, it was just hard to remember because of so many ^ signs! Here is the Prefixes according to Dominion Wars:

Fedeation: USS
Klingon: IKV
Dominion: GMC (Don't ask me what that means, I don't know)
Cardassian: CMS
Breen: (Currently slipped my mind)
