hi all i was just trying to add the prometheus to my fleet ops i followed all the instructions but it will no let me save changes to the dynamic strings file it keeps saying cannot verify file path plese check and try again any help would b much appreciated thanks

Is the file set to 'Read Only'?

i checked and no its not read only when trying to save changes it say says cannot create the c:program filesactivisionstar trek armada 2 fleet operationsdatadynamic_localized_strings.h file. make sure that the path and file name are correct

Try to save it to the desktop, then drag it over, and overwrite it.  That alwayse works for me.

are you using vista? cause its blocking attempts to overwrite/save stuff in the programs part of the tree.
if that is the case, save it to another location like suggested before or install the whole game on another partition, that makes it quite easier.

yeah it was vista holding me up ive managed to change it so i can edit the files i needed to ive tried it and now ive got the prometheus as a warp in thank u all anyway
