How to use the Terraforming Projekt?

Colonize a Planet --> Now you can Press a Butten "Change to Ground Map" --> The view switch to planetary surface.

You might wish to check your weapon.spr settings for those V'Ger torpedoes. They seem to be cut off at the top and right.
