How to play:
1. Download and unzip this Star Trek FO Armada 2 Classic and place where ever you like on your computer, for example D:\Games
2. play and enjoy.

Having already the - Terran Confederation - from Wing Commander, included in this game mod, I'm thinking to add the Kilrathi race as playable race. I will work on them to include this race from WC into my game mod :-)

The Breen Confederacy will be another faction of my game mod.

The Breen homeworld is called Breen. The Breen Confederacy is made up of many separate species, all of which wear suits to disguise their appearances and subsume their identities into the Breen name. The Klingons were among the first to discover the consequences of underestimating the Breen.During the Klingon Second Empire, Chancellor Mow'ga ordered an entire fleet of Klingon warships to invade and conquer the Breen homeworld. The fleet never returned and was never heard from again. The Romulans have a saying: "Never turn your back on a Breen". The Breen established the isolated Breen Confederacy in the Alpha Quadrant (the section of the Milky Way in which Earth is located, as well as the homeworlds of the Ferengi, Cardassians, and portions of the Klingon Empire and Romulan Star Empire). They became a powerful ally of the Dominion of the Gamma Quadrant during the Dominion War.The Breen attacked Earth, destroying parts of San Francisco before being repulsed. They also proved a powerful foe during the Battle of Chin'toka, in which they fought alongside the Cardassians and Dominion against an alliance of the Federation, the Klingon Empire and the Romulan Star Empire. During this battle, the Breen helped destroy a fleet of Alliance ships.After the Cardassians turned against the Dominion, the Dominion and the Breen were defeated in the Battle of Cardassia Prime.

I made a few small updates on this game mod (Star Trek: Armada II using the Fleet Operations engine).
It is nice to have so many civilizations at your disposal and embark on a discovery of the universe and along the way you have the opportunity to meet new civilizations.
I played a few small missions and the game runs acceptably,considering that it has 22 available civilizations.

Unzip to your Games folder on your hard drive and start the game using Armada2.exe
I assume you have a separate folder where you unpack various games.

For Linux users.
Open the Terminal from Fleet Ops----->Data folder and start the game using> wine Armada2.exe -window

Have fun.
