The Federation Ceheyenne & Freedom Class starhips. Unfortunatly, they were only seen in Wolf 359. That still makes them canon, though.

NOTE: I made this on a game that includes the altered sprites from the Miranda Class (In the thread called 'Help with Importing ships'), I am not sure if it works without those altered sprite files.

Nope, they didn't come with them.

Couldn't they just be ships that were broken apart... I mean that one nacelle ship left a bad taste in my mouth... and the gf said "yea, that's gross" :x

:sweatdrop:

The one nacelle ship (Freedom Class) had one nacelle, the wreckage had no where that had signs of a second Nacelle snapped off. It is well known as a canon, one nacelle ship. Even Memory Alpha accepts it.

I don't see why people are so facinated with the rediculous '2 nacelles only' rule that makes no sense at all.

I'm not fascinated by any number of nacelle rule: I just don't like the way that ship looks... it seems that it's gonna tip head saucer over warpdrive heels at any moment  :ermm:

It just looks really ugly to me ... and the gf doesn't even know that rule, and she thought it looked pretty bad :P

So it's more personal preferences? Some like it, some don't sorta stuff?

If you think this looks like it'll tip over, what about the Galaxy; the Saucer is alot bigger than the Stardrive with most of it infront rather than above. Not to mention Voyager, I would love to know how that thing stays standing with a large Saucer and the only 4 landing pads in the back section.

Yup, definitely a personal preference here :) .The length of the engineering section and the nacelle is what always throws me on the Freedom Class... it just looks off balance. The Galaxy class isn't so bad in my eyes (sometimes it looks a little funny, but most of the times I think it looks quite pretty), and Cpt Janeway's ship is perfectly a-ok in terms of aesthetics :P

Noctis: De Gustibus, Non Est Disputandum.
FYI, the pylon on the Freedom is made from a model for a Soviet Typhoon class submarine's Conning tower... The nacelles from the Cheyenne were made from Bic Highlighters :) good designs btw, wheres the DL !

My opinion. And this is only my opinion. Fugly... both of them. I wouldn't be opposed to having the cheyenne but something seems off... not sure what it is. But Kudos Tyler you always give us something to think about!
