A recent discussion reminded me of this ship, more importantly that I don't remember updating it to modern standards. As with the previous version, it is around the E'Djen Class in capability.
It is a Martok exclusive; TaQ'roja does not deserve this vessel!

I've added a second download with an fixed Sod (by Megadroid) that doesn't stay illuminated in the dark along with alternate textures that are a bit more grey.
The original download will be needed for them.

Which Fek'lHr is that (alternate version)? Looks nice and a dog with more bite than bark.

The alternate version is Majestic's SFC3 conversion using different textures. I'm not sure which were the original textures in SFC; grey or green.
And it's Fek'lhr, not Fek'lHr; the h is lowercase.

Did you make sure it was cool with him that you released it here? Majestic usually doesn't let anyone release any of his stuff outside of MSFC.

What I got from the Readme was that it was fine as long as you credit Taldren, presumably since it's their work.

Hello,
The alternative version of SFC3 Fek'lhr textures were made by me. Please update your readme to include proper credits, otherwise I'll have to ask admin to take it down.
Original release:
Fek'lhr Class 1.0 Download, Starfleet Command III Ships
I would like to know where you get my textures but without original readme/credits.

I've added the readme for the alternate textures, I didn't have it originally because of my habit of deleting most mods after installing to save space. Sorry about that.
Since I added the readme for the textures, I might as well also update the changed code to 3.1.5 standard.

how comes it has avatar bonus when its only available to one avatar anyway, that would mean its got base stats lol.

You could ask the same about the several avatar and mixed-tech ships with bonuses despite only being used by 1 avatar or mixed-tech yard. Like the Martok-exclusive LuSpet Class.

I really don't like it when people do not ask. I do no longer allow any of my work to be hosted outside MSFC and due to not being asked I politely request that this be taken down immediately. It really pisses me off when people don't ask, this was an older file with an outdated readme and since it's so hard to remove things from A2Files I never bothered with my older files. However that doesn't mean people can just re-release them on other sites as they feel fit.

So to clarify, the model was created by Taldren, converted by Majestic, and new textures were added by yochensieh. That's a lot of credit to give
@Majestic, I'm sure the Fleet Ops admins will take down the file since you asked, but I have to say that you have no right to be angry here. You left a file hosted with an "old" readme that says nothing about asking you, and even says people should "feel free to edit this file" if they give credit where it's due. That would normally indicate that once the person editing the file (yochensieh and now megadroid) have given their consent, people can rehost the modified file without your permission.
Of course you can change your mind and we will respect your wishes, it's much better than not having access to your work at all and we're still very thankful. But the burden remains on you to change your own uploads if you expect them to be treated differently from before.

i agree with tryptic, u have the right to ask for its removal, but you shouldnt be so angry and hostile to tyler if he read the readme YOU made. that readme was your responsibility to keep updated, otherwise what is the point of reading a readme if everyone is meant to assume they are always outdated and they have to ask the creator each time?

Why dont we have a cup of tea everyone?
Its not used in a commercial way and its not even added to the main FO-release, its only released by a fan, who want to have this model in FO.
He has done his homework in reading the readme and he even accepted the feedback and still does. So, honestly, I dont see a point in getting upset about it.
Think the other way around:
Tyler found this file and all he got was the readme. What does it indicate do to, if you want to re-use it and did he do that? I think: Yes.
No offense, its your work - but bear in mind, that we are not betazeds.
