I cant find a fleet ops compatable gryphon fighter REALLY want this any help would be greatly apreciated

Well IDK what Im doing wrong I cant get any ship mods to work I follow the readme directions but sometimes the place they say to put htings isnt in the place they discribe other times it is and I go into the game and nope no ships
