Incubation Centre Holding Beam (FO 3.1.4)

Allows the Incubation Centre for the 'Assimilate' avatar to be upgraded with a station-based Holding Beam. Includes the odf and any relevent tooltip changes.

Edit: Download updated to Version 3.1.4 Incubation Centre.

Araxes Class, it's not in my current version. The screenshot is still the 3.1.3 one.
