Here the TS3 Address 213.218.178.124:9990 Just pop mod in the up&download channel there all ready a few fleet ops mod in there

You are going to have to expand further, I don't know how to upload something just based on an ip address

So after you have join the fleet ops teamspeak server

right click on the up&download channel then open file browser

Then click on upload files - add mod

You don't have put it in TS just lot people play Fleet Ops also have TS you can use dropbox or what ever people have said above

Cannot wait for authorisation of this, new factions for fleetops is always good. esp while we wait for the new version.
