Premonition Class (FO 3.2.6)

Adds 2 seperate versions of the Premonition Class to the game; a special Warp-In (usable) and a wrecked map object (unusable). The time stop costs 10000 special energy and 22 supply per use.

Keep trying.  filefront is messed up but the file will show up eventually.
