you are aware of that Zeich can only give permission for texture he actually did? So he probably gave you permission for modifing his Venture.
Please contact me first before redoing stuff from Fleet Operations, as Fleet Operations contains some 3rd party work we have exclusive distribution rights for, and therefor further permissions must be obtained, I have no problem with modifing my textures in the scope of an Fleet Operations mod, but there are other texturers invovled too.
The Intrepid is such an example. Please contact the authors before releasing stuff, i'm sure Zeich told you that .. ..

Yes... I will contact those people (If I can figure out exactly which is who). I know that FahreS
is incharge of the Intrepid. That I can figure out no prob. But the other stuff was a bit harder to find. Besides. I tried PMing you but your box was full Optec.

Until then I'm holding on to the other stuff. Because I guess I already got myself N1NJ43D by you. :fish: And I know that coninuing will probably get myself banned which of course I would not want. But unfortunately it will be extremely difficult having to cross reference every model with other people's models since I don't have a 1337 model viewer.

Correction: You will get banned if you continue without permission. As long as you are allowed by the creator(s) and made a readme to your own work which also contains credits to the original author by name, nobody will ban you.

hehe, we don't ban people that easily, it was just a reminder. you have permission from my side, and yep, check the readme for credits info.
If you want to make sure nothing is missed, feel free to send me a list of textures/files you want to release that are based on FO material, i can then acknowledge that you have all required permissions. I actually recomend that
If you are realsing work for Fleet Operations that is not based on Fleet Operations material, then you don't need permissions from our side, Fleet Operations is free to mod, you just should talk with the original author if its no your own work that you want to release
If you want to make sure nothing is missed, feel free to send me a list of textures/files you want to release that are based on FO material, i can then acknowledge that you have all required permissions. I actually recomend that

Ok guys... I would simply like to say that I may get some more refined retextures going. Including some that were not completely my favorites:
- Akira (Going to have better Terran Symbol)
- Avalon (Something completely different)
- Monsoon (I kinda got tired of a Maquis symbol)
And I also plan on doing something with:
- Defiant
- Miranda II
- Sovereign
- Phalanx
- K'Tinga
- B'rel
- K'Vort
- Marauder
Also I am going to temporarily take off the files and discuss release permission terms in detail as I can understand the Devs may have a change in heart.

That would need a second model, though. So not really a retexture.
