Station holding beam (FO 3.2.5)

Allows the Assimilate-avatar Incubation Centre to use the station Holding beam and adds a Holding beam weapon icon to the Research stations and all Starbase variations.

Instructions:
1. Extract Station holding beam.zip into the main game directory.
2. Activate it in the options menu.

NOTE: This includes modified odfs, multiplayer compatibility with be affected.

nice mod but am not in a mood to give a borg one more weapon to use on my poor fed. ships
