Open the Warp-In odf files (fed_warpin_nebula and fed_warpinA) and remove the ship from the list, changing the placement numbers to match the new order. Then add the new files to the FPQ with FPQEdit.

Anyway, I've fixed that one. Lets see if there's anythig else... there can't be!

Am I missing something on this Mod installation?  I was playing around with this for several hours, and didn't get any of these Warp-ins.

What files should I see in the Mod folder for this to work?

Are the Warp-In (fed_WarpinA) and ship odf files present?

I'll take a look at it when I get home this evening.  I thought for sure everything was there...hence my confusion.

This is the only mod that I'm struggling to get working (for whatever reasons)....all the others work just fine.

The Modification unzipped with a couple "extra" directory layers that I wasn't expecting (problem with my decompressor, not your Mod).    It's working now.
