Tooltip Avatars (FO 3.2.5)

Adds the avatar information to the tooltip for each Starbase.

Instructions:
1. Extract Tooltip Avatars.zip into the main game directory.
2. Activate it in the options menu.

NOTE: This is a purely cosmetic mod that only affects tooltips, multiplayer compatibility will not be affected.

This has been replaced with a Mod Manager version.
