They were one of my favorite weapons in SFC2, though I hardly ever used them against stations. It was too much fun to line up a frigate with a powerful Mauler ship and one-hit-kill it.

For those familiar with the Star Fleet Universe background material, you've not seen a mauler until you've seen the (conjectural even within that context) Andromedan Shiva and Kali maulers!

I calculate that at Rank 1, the Rianov mauler would do 193.606 damage and fire every 10 seconds. If there were a way to make the damage range-dependent, it would do 193.606 damage at Dogfight-Short range, 95.14 damage at Medium-Long range, and 46.753 damage at Artillery-Strategic range. (The idea is to have an Offensive Value of 40 at short range, 20 at medium range, and 10 at long range.) Perhaps it would do more damage to stations than to ships, to emphasize its role as a siege weapon.

The version I'm familiar with is from the hilariously broken tabletop game Starfleet Battles. The mauler deals damage based on how much energy you spend: 1/2 at long range, equal at range 1-3, and at point blank range it dealt double. Basically a one-shot KO if you could ever pull that off XD

Yeah, Shiva and Kali were from Star Fleet Battles. Maulers based on the Intruder and Dominator hulls, respectively. I don't have a SSD for Kali, but Shiva had 40 (Andromedan, so 5 point of capacity each) batteries and could draw a further 30 from panels.

Generally, though, maulers were kept in check in the board game by being difficult to use and practically one-shot; the first being achieved through a very narrow firing arc, and the second through the difficulties of repeat firings and the shock mechanic.

I introduce the Concordium Support Ship model.

This is a higher-poly remake of the advanced ISC cruiser from SFC:OP. The ship is armed with phasers and Plasmatic Pulsar Devices, a type of long-range heavy beam weapon unique to the Interstellar Concordium. It might acquire plasma torpedoes at veteran rank. The apocrypha says that Alliance: Son'a will be the third Dominion avatar. I propose that Alliance: Concordium be the fourth.

Estimated ship stats:
Rank 1: Offense 20, Defense 17, System 20, Speed 120, Crew 150, Range: Medium.
Rank 5: Offense 24, Defense 21, System 24.
Veteran: Offense 32, Defense 40, System 36.

Nice work. I'm pretty useless when it comes to making 3D models, but I think I'd be able to pull off a Borg cube haha. Are these all taken from the older Star Trek games?

Alliance: Concordium makes sense, given as the ISC were basically TMP Era Dominion (even down to the purple phasers, cloned races, specialised assault troops etc)

As for PPDs, Plasma Torpedoes and Maulers, all in KA2 :) (although I've retconned Maulers into a powerful secondary weapon for the Lyrans)

The story I had in mind for the ISC to bring them into the FO time period is that they never really recovered from their Pacification Campaign of 2286-2288 and the Andromedan Invasion of 2288-2305, having lost 80% of their fleet in the latter. Afterward the ISC abandoned any attempts to forcibly pacify the other races, not that they had the means to do so anymore. Following this, the neighboring Gorn and Romulans expanded into outlying ISC territories, seizing several star systems each. Rather than try to retake the systems against superior forces, the ISC expanded and rebuilt its forces in the other direction. By the 2350s, this brought them to the edge of Borg space. Upon encountering the Borg, the ISC fared better than most but eventually began losing territory. With enemies in the Gorn, Romulans, and Borg squeezing them, the ISC allied with the Dominion out of necessity, and it helped that the ISC and the Founders have similar philosophies about how to create and maintain order.

I introduce the Araxes Class model.

This is the Federation advanced destroyer introduced in SFCOP. The ship is armed with photon torpedoes and phaser arrays which are more numerous than those on TMP-era ships but not as advanced as the ring-mounted phasers of the TNG-era. The layout makes it the successor to the Akula class, which presumably would have been retired alongside the Constitution Class. The class survives into the FO time period as a fast destroyer which can be called upon as a warp-in from Starfleet Command.

Estimated ship stats:
Rank 1: Offense 12, Defense 16, System 6, Speed 150, Crew 110, Range: Medium.
Rank 5: Offense 14, Defense 22, System 6.
Veteran: Offense 17, Defense 35, System 7.

Are you making these as quickly as you post them here? That's a lot of progress in a short time

How complete are they? Do they have texture and/or hardpoints? I might be interested in using some of them, but they would have to be game-ready

Yes.

Just the models are completed. I was hoping that someone here could texture them. I think I can put hardpoints on them and light them once that is done.
