Starbase Upgrades

Will starbases (especially FED) have phasers and torpedos or these plasma pulse thing...
Are there any plans to add multiple phasers/torpedos like  in the DS9 episode  "The Way of the Warrior"?

Would be cool if you guys implement that. Maybe for a future realase?

I mentioned that one before, I don't remember if it was ever actually answered (Nor Type would be more likely than Terok Nor Type).

Is is possible that one of the Federation Avatar's could replace the Pulse Phasers on the Spacedock with longer-ranged (maybe more accurate) Beam Phasers?
