What do the klingons use credits on and its 30th in an hour gmt how long till release?

The Klingons kan build the MoQbara station. It has a special abilitie called "Battleplan" which will increase the firepower of all your vessels by 75% for 20 seconds. The klingons can also research the combat tractor beam, a special weapon for their turret, which allows them to hold one enemy vessel in place.

The release time should be todays afternoon.
