So how does the networking work?

Here you can arrange online encounters and reminisce over past online battles.

I would like to get some answers for how the networking in FO works.

1. If we have a group of people what affects lag:
a) The person that is hosting
b) The worst connection between people
c) processing power

2. Is it possible to see which connection is causing lag? I know that ALT-T shows better statistics, but it is not able to tell which two ppl cause the lag.

3. It seems that not only the latency affects lag because a high latency not always leads to lag.

the person hosting and the slowest connection do of course affect lag. Processing power might also be an issue, if the PC of a players is not powerful enough to handel FO
